Your info stays with us
We're a small local business. We collect only what we need to tell you when we open and to take care of your vehicle.
What we collect
- Launch list: your name, town, phone number or email, and optionally your vehicle and whether you have a fleet.
- Bookings, once we open: handled through our booking provider, Ari. That includes your contact details, vehicle, service address and payment, which Ari processes under its own privacy policy.
- Calls, texts and email: whatever you choose to send us.
How we use it
To tell you when booking opens, schedule and complete your service, send your service report and reminders, and answer your questions. That's it.
What we don't do
We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with advertisers. When we refer you to a repair partner, we share findings only with your OK.
Where it lives
Launch list sign-ups are stored with our website host, Netlify. Booking and service records are stored with Ari. This site doesn't use advertising trackers.
Getting off the list
Reply STOP to any text, or email dipstickdave@lubelizardsoflexington.com and we'll remove you. You can also ask us what we have on file or ask us to delete it.
